When Receiving Your Product
Before signing the cargo receipt, please check for any damage or issues with the packaging of your product. If there is any damage, missing items, or if the seal on the package has been tampered with for any reason, do not sign any delivery documents and return the package to the courier while requesting a damage report. Once you fulfill this obligation, new products will be promptly sent to you. If you accept products with damaged packaging or claim missing contents after delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or missing items. Please notify us in writing at info@quaaksesuar.com with your contract number as soon as possible.
